All UK shipments are sent via 1st class Royal Mail. Normal shipping time is 2/3 working days.

All International shipments are sent via Royal Mail standard International post. Shipping time may vary on location.

Returns

We do everything in our power to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers and understand that on occasion you may wish to return unsuitable items. We offer a refund or exchange on any item purchased from Otter & Goat, returned to us within 14 days of receipt in a suitable condition.

Please note that the cost of returning an item is your responsibility (unless the garment is defective).
